Withdrawal Reports
GPC Item Status - Withdrawn Count (Campus and Total ...).pdf = This report covers all items withdrawn from the date of the previous report to the date on the report itself. For example, the 2010.08.24 report covers items withdrawn from 2010.08.10 (the date of the previous report) to 2010.08.24. (This report is only a count of withdrawals by campus and item type. For specific titles that are withdrawn, see GPC Item Status - Withdrawn with Count.)
GPC Item Status - Withdrawn with Count (...).pdf = This is the report that the catalogers work from when actually withdrawing items. It gives the title, barcode, call number and date that the item was marked as withdrawn.
Total Adds by FY.xls = This spreadsheet gives the total number of items added, across all campuses, per fiscal year.
Total Withdrawals by FY.xls = This spreadsheet gives the total number of items withdrawn across all campuses, per fiscal year.
